Great ABA
It is an amazing place, friendly environment , our BCBA always here to support us
Our journey with Behavioral Innovations began with hope. Initially, the staff appeared supportive, and my child seemed to thrive. However, over time, I noticed alarming changes. What’s more concerning is the administration's dismissive attitude. Families entrust such facilities with their children's well-being, expecting professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Regrettably, my experience with Behavioral Innovations has eroded that trust.
Billing invoices totals are incorrect with no flexible payment plans. Only billing you private pay as opposed to Medicaid which went into effect back in Feb. Mo seems to enjoy harassing people for a bill under $300.
The staff at the prosper center is really supportive and caring with the employees and clients!
