I believe it’s essential for parents to know their child’s full care team and receive frequent communication, especially during the first week of ABA therapy. Our child was new to ABA, and we were only introduced to two staff members during the evaluation process. On the first day, the child was assigned to a RBT whom we had never met, and there were no formal introductions. We were made aware that parents are not allowed to observe sessions, however, we’d receive updates throughout the day. Unfortunately, that did not happen. These factors made it difficult to feel comfortable leaving our child in their care. For children with a history of trauma or limited communication, transparency, clear introductions, and consistent communication are critical. While the staff were polite, the intake process and lack of visibility left us uneasy, and we ultimately decided that an in-home ABA program that allows direct oversight and parent involvement was the best fit. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and intake procedures for other families.

This is a terrible place. I changed my son to this school because they other one BI was to far and ever since he started attending this BI, he started to hit people, which he never did that before and whenever I take him there he start to cry and he doesn’t want to go inside. It’s been three days since I took him out of this BI and he hasn’t hit anyone or any one of his teachers since then. He also stopped getting agitated.

Our son attendees to this center it’s been 3 months here and omg he has learn so much at this center I really recommend this place all the staff are amazing.

My son Nathaniel absolutely loves this place! He’s almost 5 years old and has ASD level 2. Since starting here, he’s made incredible progress — he’s talking more, forming full sentences, learning to share, and playing alongside his peers. Every day he arrives excited and leaves just as happy. I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing team and the positive environment they’ve created for him.

Hi this place has helped us a lot with my daughter. she is been there a little bit more than 2 months and family has noticed a big change on her. I really appreciate the therapist dedication with my sweet heart.

We could not be happier with our experience at Behavioral Innovations. Even though our son hasn’t been attending for very long, we’ve already seen incredible progress. His speech has improved so much, and he’s even making big strides with potty training—something we were really hoping for. The team is patient, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping him succeed.
