Definitely recommend you go somewhere else. This company will try to force you into programs that have multiple services at once, not because your child needs it…. But because they are looking to take advantage of parents and pretend they are doing it for your child’s benefit. It’s like going to a mechanic for an oil change and they tell you that they recommend tires and breaks too. Children are not pay checks. Went to another program and they provided the service my child needed without pushing me for more. My child is doing well now with the support they needed in that area alone.

Horrible agency. Please do not use them. All they care about is money not children or families. Will always push for more regardless to whether your child needs it or not. No passion for working with children.

I wish I had made an ethics complaint to the bacb within the timeframe because it's too late now. This agency caused detriment to my sons growth health well being and prosperity education as well as damaged progress made by another agency that provides ABA services to my son at home. They knew they were doing it didn't care then tried to cover it up. When data shows a 400% increase in behaviors like self injurious behavior and they just act like they didn't even see it. and does not implement and provide to the client what they have been certified to do Morally ethically refuses to provide data to the parent upon request and when provided claim that it's incorrect for an error in its collection. And there's more thats just to start. I recommend that no one ever use this agency for any type of aba bcba services whether for special ed at school or in the home.

Overall this is a great vendor. Most BTs r professional. I've been w BLC for 3 yrs now. There were a few BTs who were not so great but overall I'm happy :)
