Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Like most aba providers they are focused on their own statistics and not your childs. They have zero concern about the families needs. They make their own goals for your child, even if it's at odds with the stated needs and goals of the family. And if they can't implement the plan they craft, for their own goals, then they will refuse to treat your child at all. It's a way to filter patients so they only work with those who they can apply maximum intervention to, in hopes of getting the most successful treatment rates to boast about. Like a doctor who only treats patients who live under their rule: who eat, sleep, exercise, work, and do everything else exactly as the doctor advises. "You eat meat? Sorry can't accept you as a patient..." The practice of ABA has already received much criticism and had to make drastic changes to maintain any level of support. And I think there's still a lot to learn. This whole business, like most aba providers I've experienced, seems to exist solely for the prosperity and professional advancement of the executives who run the organization. Even the technicians have a high turnover rate.
We worked with behavior learning network doing ABA for just over a month. The technician and BCBA in training put in a lot of effort, but unfortunately the plan and communication fell very short of success. Our grandson backslid horribly in behaviors at school and home. Only hope we can get him back to where he was before starting ABA by the end of the school year. When we brought up our concerns the BCBA kept saying we would have a meeting that kept getting put off, he then deflected and said the behaviors at school were not related to ABA, yet never even attempted to contact the school despite us signing a release. Look elsewhere for ABA services.
