I had an interview scheduled with this company via zoom. I joined the meeting and waited 10 minutes for the session to begin and it never did. I followed up to reschedule and was told I was the one who never showed and when I questioned them i received no response nor a reschedule. Extremely unprofessional on their part.

During two years of therapy with BLN, they have changed three BCBA.One of them didn’t have any experience, and he change his mind to go back to research instead of being BCBA. My son was his experimental project. The last BCBA was awful. She required me to have a parent training everyday for 1 hours. I have never had such requirements from other ABA agencies. She related all of my son’s behavior over-lack of my attention. She always wanted parents to provide after session reinforcement like biking or buying ice cream . They had no trick to make my son engaged…My son has attended 5 different ABA agencies. BLN has been the worst one specially with the last two BCBA that they assigned.

They will keep you on the clock for sure. The checks look nice. But Client burn out . Lacks integrity and professionalism. I experience professional grievance within less than 6months of being employed. Read contract carefully there are Hidden exit fees.
