Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry – Martinsburg

I’m giving 5 stars because I have been seen by Dr. Ange and Dr. Chalia when I was hospitalized for a short time. I now see Emily as my provider and she is outstanding. I would highly recommend those 3 providers. They truly care about their patients and do what they can to help you. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

This is my review for Nurse Practioner Mandeep Dhindsa. I went through this office to turn in my paperwork but was seen at another office. My experience with this provider was awful. I went in for ADHD and she tried to convince me that I was depressed. I'm in my senior year (4th year) of nursing school with 2 young kids... so apparently I'm depressed because I know the difference between a need and a want. I'm not hiking or gyming because I'm in nursing school... so apparently I'm depressed. I spend most of my time studying and sleep is not on a consistent schedule... so guess what, apparently I'm depressed. Doesn't matter that I have a love for learning and I'm doing what I want to do. She tried to do therapy for past childhood traumas when I was specifically told that this is medication management and NOT THERAPY. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that (especially with 2 extra strangers in the room and then her) and she said I wasn't listening to her. I even told her she was making me mad and asked what exactly her goal was because I was absolutely confused. Even though I'm being medicated for OCD, she says I don't have it....and I'm depressed. I stated that I needed a different provider. She agreed. I left the office crying. Freaking awful experience. BUT I BET THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING BECAUSE...... apparently I'm depressed 😑

Don’t ever go to Deborah Smith she cancels more than anybody I’ve ever known

I have been seeing Dr Mog for a couple of years now. He has helped me through a lot of my problems. I feel like I'm in a much better place mentally and emotionally than I was before. Also the girls that schedule, answer the phone and refill my prescriptions are great! If I call and leave a message, they call right back, and always make sure my meds are sent in. Thank you guys for everything!!!

They will lie and say you didn't cancel appointments when you did. They will lie and say they tried to reach out to you when they didn't. That's two strikes, which is two too many. I learned my lesson loud and clear. It'd be better to die than trust this place with your mental health. Avoid as if your life depends on it. They even used their intern's good name to push their lies! Utterly disgusting... they even pulled the "but it's policy" bull when called out on the lie!

If I could give zero stars I would. My provider has canceled my first and second appointment on me. I was finally able to talk to the woman. I was told to throw my medication away after cutting doses. I was given excuse after excuse why I haven't received my medication. It's been over TWO weeks and I am unmedicated. It would probably be longer if I didn't call day after day. Still nothing. This is the absolute worst care I have ever received In my life. Dealing with bipolar mania, depression, and other things UNMEDICATED. I hate that I'm stuck with this place because of insurance. Do NOT go here unless you have to.
