This facility has been a huge help to my daughter, and my family, as well. With her diagnosis, daycare was scary for me so we held off on that. And Being we are not from here my daughter has never been away from us. I was so worried that she’d have a hard time away from us, however they assured me that she would be in great hands and she definitely has been. It was a hard transition for us(mostly me and my mom lol) but they didn’t mind me calling and checking in on her. They answer all questions and even help us as a family by teaching us ways to help my baby outside of therapy. My child is learning so much more and doing much better in such a short amount of time. It’s been about a month and a half and I already see such a big difference. Thankful for the staff and this facility!!

Huge waste of time. Leah, the scheduling specialist, Stated I couldn’t put him on the waiting list if we can’t commit to the Four day schedule for therapy. This is a huge inconvenience for multiple families when your child has daycare to attend. Not being able to accommodate families schedule, is a huge problem! This is with all ABA clients. But Behavioral specialist of Louisiana being the biggest one since you guys wasted my time. As well, never wanted to discuss discussed if you guys could accommodate our schedule. At this point, it makes me look at your Clinic asked to wanting money. My child is going to be having to come to Therapy four days out of the week there’s no other accommodations to make for other therapy sessions! When your child has to be seen for 4 hours a day! Absolutely disgusted with the representatives of this client. Please do better on trying to accommodate families with their schedules and not just to benefit on your time!

They work with your child and helps them

Honestly this is the best place to put your child. My son is 6 and by law he has to be in school if it wasn't for that law I would've kept him there. He loved it and I loved it,everybody there is AMAZING. What they do for our kids is truly a blessing. Yes i know they get paid for what they do and its their job BUT its sooo hard and exhausting yet they do it with a smile on their faces so thank you so much for having my son for 3 amazing years 💙 keep doing what your doing.

They are by far the best that I have found in Shreveport. They don't rush me while speaking with the tech at pickup time. They answer all my questions actually listen to my feedback on where my son is lacking and where applicable put problem areas into his treatment. They give out a paper daily describing his day. He gets to interact with his peers as well as have one on one therapy. They call once a month to check on how things are going at home and give impeccable feedback. I feel as if my son is getting to be a kid while learning there, which is a huge deal to me!
