There aren’t enough positive things I can say about all of the staff at Behavioral Transformations. Regardless of what everyone’s role is, they are ALL advocates. The level of patience, kindness and compassion by the staff has been phenomenal. My son has been attending BT for almost two years and not only has he made an insurmountable amount of progress, he is LOVED by everyone who meets him. Brandi, Olivia and Courtney from the Client Services team are super kind and knowledgeable. The entire team takes the time to meet the kiddos so they can put faces to names! I don’t feel like my child is “just another kid” who attends their therapy center. I feel like he is loved and genuinely cared for. This team of individuals fight the good fight and they do not give up on making sure your child has what they need. At the clinic where my son attends, Bree has been a great partner in making sure my son has what he needs everyday. She’s highly organized and anytime my son is out sick, she takes the time to call me and check-in on my son. Amanda has been a great advocate and is one of my son’s main therapists. She has really taken the time to truly know my child and can even pinpoint when something is off with him. She created a plan for that meets him where he’s at and gives him the opportunity to thrive in the best way possible for him. My son is truly under the care of the best humans at his clinic. DC, Cristal, Priscilla, Vanessa, Bernice… EVERYONE who cares for my son at the clinic are amazing human beings and they are all doing the Lord’s work. I can never express enough how grateful I am for them and I give them so much credit for all of the progress I’m seeing in my child.
