Behaviors A Go-Go

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the quality of services and the lack of progress I have observed. I have found the constant rotation of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to be disruptive to my child's development, as it hinders their ability to build a consistent and trusting relationship with their therapist. Moreover, assigning fresh RBTs to be trained with my child is extremely disturbing and negatively impacts their therapy. Furthermore, I have been deeply disturbed to learn of incidents where an RBT has physically harmed my child. While I was informed that the individual was terminated, the fact that such an incident occurred raises significant questions about staff training, supervision, and safety protocols. I am also concerned that no one will reach out to me if I try to contact them and that I will be sent home without a conversation with a parent. Finally, the practice of sending my child home early, often at 3:00 PM, due to alleged sickness is a major concern. This pattern not only results in a loss of valuable therapy time but also appears to be a financial convenience for the therapist. This practice demonstrates a lack of respect for both my time and the value of my child's therapy.

My son started with Behaviors A Go-Go when he was 5. He has been going for 2 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Naturally, my child meshes better with some personalities than others but our concerns have always been heard and addressed with concern and compassion. My son has made INCREDIBLE progress since beginning with therapy at this facility and I am so grateful.

I can't say enough good things about Behaviors A Go-Go. A few years ago, they cared for my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum, and the experience was truly life changing. Every RBT, therapist(OT&ST) and staff member we met was not only professional but also genuinely kind, patient and understanding. They took the time to get to know her as an individual as everyone on the spectrum is unique and supported her with compassion every step of the way. Now, my son who is also on the spectrum has been receiving services here since last year, and the support continues to be incredible. It's rare to find a place where you feel like everyone truly sees your child and works with you as a team. The environment is warm and welcoming, and i always feel heard and respected as a parent. If you are looking for a place where your child will be supported with heart and skill, I wholeheartedly recommend Behaviors A Go-Go.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Behaviors a GoGo When my son was first diagnosed with autism at age 14—already living with Down syndrome and completely nonverbal—I was overwhelmed. I felt hopeless. I prayed that someone, somewhere, would be able to help him. Then we found Behaviors a GoGo. That was five years ago, and what this team has done for my child is nothing short of a miracle. They took a 14-year-old boy with the cognitive abilities of a preschooler and, through years of consistent care, the same dedicated RBT, and an incredible team of BCBAs and support staff, helped transform his life. Today, at 20 years old, my son is verbal. He works six hours a week with the aid of ABA. He helps me at farmers markets. He socializes with his brother. He is more independent, more confident, and more himself than I ever thought possible. The Life Skills program has been nothing short of spectacular. It gave my son the tools to thrive—and gave me hope when I had none. Honestly, I’m afraid of the day we may no longer have this team by our side. I can’t imagine where we would be today without Behaviors a GoGo. This place is nothing short of magical. From the bottom of my heart—thank you for giving me my child back.

Our son has made so many improvements in socialization, communication, play and fine motor skills since starting with Behaviors A Go Go. He is always happy to go to the clinic and always happy on the way home. The staff has been so communicative and has worked with us to ensure his needs are met!

Would not recommend to anyone. Unorganized, can’t keep employees. Too many people that don’t know how to deal with children are working with children. Multiple days picked up my child with soiled diapers, food sent for her untouched after 8 hours. Daughter constantly injured when she never gets hurt any where else she goes. Constant “accidents” in her clothing. Never has accidents any where outside of behaviors a gogo. Daughter can get dropped off anywhere without issues but cries when getting dropped off there. Something is clearly going on. School doesn’t give any grace period being late not even 5 minutes during drop off Even though parking is congested and only one entrance/exit. Some of the staff try to talk to you in a condescending manner. Save yourself and child.

This place is horrible! They abuse, my daughter. It was good in the beginning until she changed her RBT at the time. My daughter now has PTSD. I knew something was up when I would pick her up and her old Rbt would just look at me and shake her head! My daughter would have full melt downs in the morning when drop off. She used to love going in! If I ride past there, she freaks out. It’s been almost over a year and she still remembers and she freaks out every time we ride past there. This place needs to be investigated! They hired anybody!
