My son has been here for a 1yr 10mo and a couple days. They make you feel like a family and my son had thrived here. The RBTS and BCBAS even Anne (owner) has made our family felt welcome. They go above and beyond with every question and concern. He is now going into pre-k and we are very excited, and we cannot say thank them enough for everything they have done.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE IF THEY CANT TALK!!! My son went here who has Down syndrome he’s also autistic and non verbal … he was perfectly fine and had get behavior until he started attending here … they hire anybody mostly look like they came off the street without training… every day if not every other day my son had different Therpist walking him out … hair all over their heads, not dressed as Therpist (street clothes) just unprofessional.. they kicked him out because he started having bad behaviors that worsen… I know my son and he’s not going to react unless someone is treating him badly … he’s the sweetest kid ever … and I hate I sent him here because he’s not the same idk what happen all I kno is something about this school isn’t a good feeling

My son absolutely love’s behavior works! Katie is amazing! We worked with another center previously that didn’t work out but here they also provide education for the parents and a kind of at home treatment plan that we didn’t have before. In my opinion I feel like the staff here really goes the extra mile for the children and parents. While waiting for a spot to open they stayed in contact with me. When one did open they let me know in advance so we could work with him at home on transitioning to the center. If your child needs ABA therapy this Is the place! The wait is worth it. I’ve seen such a change in my child in the time he’s been going there. He doesn’t dread going or put up a fight. All the RBTs are amazing and energetic and are actually excited to work with the children. I’m so happy the elementary school my son was attending referred us here because to be honest I couldn’t get him to leave the house before behavior works. But they suggested a few things before his spot opened and it worked! I’m just so grateful for the behavior works team! They truly go above and beyond for the kiddos.

What a Horrible Experience! Giving this place one star is really giving them more than they deserve! The Operations Manager, Allie, was wonderful! She was the person whom I initially spoke with about my interest in getting my son into an ABA school. She sent out detailed emails, always gave updates as to where we were at in the process, and seemed extremely positive. She is a great representative of the company! She deserves Five Stars! The Owner, Ann, is not genuine! She told us (myself and my son's father) that she is a BCBA with a Master's degree and has been in the business for over 20 years! This sounds wonderful until we found out that after waiting three months for him to get into the center, she would send my son home after only two days. She admitted to us on the second day that she did not read his diagnostic evaluation and that she did not know that he would have a hard time with transitions. She also told us that because he does not go into the bathroom for changes that this would cause issues throughout the center. She also told us on the day he started that she does not like to deal with clients who are too high on the spectrum or too low on the spectrum. That was my first red flag. She also sent him home early on his start date. I personally feel that the owner only wants to act as an owner and does not want to be in the field. She told us in the initial meeting she had just lost her BCBA, and in order for the company to keep going, she had to come back to the center as a BCBA. She seems like a nice lady, but she may be burned out. I do not know but be warned about what you may encounter at this center. The center is nice. The RBTs seem nice.

The whole staff is amazing! My son absolutely loves going everyday & he’s making so much progress from being there. He absolutely ADORES Hunter, Kelly, & Robin. Everyone’s so nice & communicate really well with progress being made, as well as goals to reach & obstacles to overcome . 10/10 would recommend BehaviorWorks & I actually have recommended them to my best friend who also has an autistic son. They’ve just been a blessing for us!
