Excellent physical therapy experience for my Achilles recovery. All of the therapists were knowledgeable, attentive, and tailored every session to my specific needs. I saw steady progress, gained strength and gained confidence to return back to normal activities. The staff is professional, encouraging and results driven. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent Therapists. Initial Evaluation, by Stephanie, went well and explained my condition and answered all my questions. All the exercises were right on target.was in a lot of Pain down my leg and when I completed the program I left with NO PAIN!!! I highly recommend BenchMark. All the staff is phenomenal. The Receptionist was very accommodative in scheduling my appointments. Friendly staff and greeted with a smile 😊

I went to Benchmark in Seaford for a pre-surgery check. Quickly got an appointment. Christine answered all my questions and gave me some really helpful exercises. This was my second or third time at Benchmark. Good treatment. Nice people.
