Benefis Behavioral Health Services

The staff go above and beyond for their patients. Everyone is so professional. The ladies at the check-in desk are so sweet, as are the nurses. Could I find a Doctor in Helena? Sure. But would I want to leave a team that has been nothing short of amazing? Not a chance. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Benefis Behavioral Health Services.

Didn't even get to see the therapist. Ended up having to call and re-schedule my original appointment, was told it would be the following week at a certain time. Take time off of work to drive the 20 minutes across town only to find the receptionist never actually rescheduled my appointment. She acted like I was the one in the wrong because I didn't remember who I talked to the week before, turns out it was her. Will not be going through Benefis anytime soon if this how their receptionists run.

I just got released from Here on February 16, 2023! When releases they forgot to give me 2 of my meds! So I had to wait 6 days until I see my family doctor, and without 2 of my meds that I need! The Psch Doctor (female) just tried to hurry your treatment and worried about pushing people out of treatment! I got an abscesses tooth on a Saturday while in there, nurse Molly tried to have me wait until Monday, trying to tell me their is no doctor until then! I knew this was a lie. She was going to have me wait in pain and adding more stress and anxiety to me. Wife called to HR. And immediately with in 2 hours a doctor came up to see me and gave me antibiotics and oral gel! Nurse Pam and Reggie are Great! Rest of nurses seem like your hassling them, and just sit at desk and have conversations the whole shift! Go somewhere else if you can!!!! Groups were the best thing here!💯✌️

They are much better than a few years ago.
