Need to get more people work at the department deal with people problem have like TMJ or regular problem after hurt them self that they see the doctor work at this hospital
Aqua therapy pt here. I missed a appt because I was in Benefis ER all night with a 8 yr, very sick, back at the Dr office this morning, no beds to admit her to. So we had to improvise and do IV fluids and antibiotics in the Dr office. Yep, u bet I forgot the appt. I called as soon as I remembered, 3.5 hrs later, and I was told I was fired. There are so many things wrong with this picture, I can't even say. But...Healthcare in Great Falls sucks, except that the child had a compassionate Dr that took the time.
Jennifer’s awesome! While I’ll probably need surgery to completely correct my issue, she’s helped me regain mobility in my hand/wrist where I’m able to function and use it again. So thank you! Also the front desk staff is really nice and accommodating too.
Callie is wonderful. Helped me get diagnosed with Meniers and discovered I was misdiagnosed. Wonderful PT center.
