We have absolutely loved our experience at Benefit Therapy! Our youngest has been working with Mrs. Kristi on her walking, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is so patient, loving, and truly cares about our sweet girl. We’re incredibly grateful for her!

An incredibly organized and dedicated team! Could not speak more highly of the owners and their team of clinicians. Great communication and great facility for the therapeutic services they provide.

This review is long overdue, but it’s hard to fully put into words the impact Benefit Therapy Services has had on our family. Kirstyn Schor and Tamiya Thomas are truly incredible human beings. The patience, love, and dedication they showed my daughter went far beyond what was ever expected of them and meant more to our family than they will ever know. Tamiya & Kirstyn played a huge role in helping my daughter thrive, and because of them she is doing so well in school and feels confident and ready to take on the world. If you’re lucky enough to work with them—or honestly anyone at this clinic, because everyone was amazing—you can trust that your child will be in the very best hands. ❤️

We left this office & found another provider because of their odd insurance billing practices. During the first session with a new PT outside of this office my child with gross motor delay started walking. They went from only crawling to WALKING. I feel like this office is probably not up to date with the best knowledge/techniques because there’s a night and day difference in the approaches we saw here and the approaches we see now. I wish I had gotten a 2nd opinion sooner when I saw that they were not progressing. I was told that it took time. Apparently not. We wasted a lot of money here.

My son Evan is non verbal and on the autism spectrum and he has been receiving speech and occupational therapy at Benefit Therapy Services for about 2 years and we’ve had an amazing experience. Tamiya has been his speech therapist and Hannah is now his occupational therapist. These ladies are not only great at what they do, they care deeply about their patients and their families. My son has grown so much in his time there and as a parent, I’ve felt supported and empowered to help him continue to grow at home as well. We love our BTS family!

My son goes to Benefit Therapy Services located at Holly Springs for physical therapy with Amanda and occupational therapy with Hannah, and we absolutely love them! They’re both super sweet, professional, and really care about helping him reach his goals. They make him feel confident and unstoppable every time he walks in. We’re so thankful for the support and positive energy they bring!

My boys have been receiving speech and OT at Benefit for a couple of years now. The staff is amazing and the overall environment is very welcoming. I’ve seen a vast improvement in my children’s speech and behavior. We are very fortunate to have been referred to them.

We have used therapists here over several years for both speech and occupational services. We consistently have positive experiences and our son has met goals in his plan. Our son has felt comfortable with every therapist he's worked with. Would recommend to use services here!

The clinic environment is versatile (smaller treatment rooms, gym space and sensory friendly quiet spaces) - each area is very kid friendly. The therapists are wonderful and so creative in therapy sessions! The whole team does everything they can for patients and families!!
