This county is very disorganized, it is great if you are somebody who needs a level of care where they necessarily need help and cant do things on their own, but people who are more independent are treated poorly to the ponit they act out, I did no such thing to deserve a behavior plan so they can make more money off of me, simply for making my vocie heard and standing up for myself. I am not a liability issue.
