I couldn’t be happier with the services my daughter has received at best behavior solutions! I was struggling so much to understand and help my daughter navigate her diagnosis, but the tools I’ve employed while seeing the therapist and having parent training with BBS, has helped me feel in control and relieved beyond words can describe. As a mother, the most important thing in my life is the stability of my child and with the services BBS has offered, they have helped my family reach optimal functioning and success. My daughter has grown by leaps and bounds in just one month with the help of BBS, I highly recommend BBS to any parent looking for therapies for their child, they have the most qualified, patient, knowledgeable, and NURTURING therapists on board! My family is looking forward to everything else BBS has in store for us!

Called the Sebring location twice to schedule an appointment as a new patient and basically got rejected. :( Both times they said they would call me back. The second time the secretary told me they thought the doctor had already called me and that she was going to put in a note and make sure I received a called the following day & never did. My husband suggested I call a third time but I was embarrassed. For some reason they did not want to have me as a patient? Thank goodness it wasn't a life or death emergency. At first I was wondering if I was being pranked or calling the right place because they answered the phone so suspect and mysterious. Perhaps it's protocol for safety/privacy. But point of the story is I have never called a health facility and gotten treated this unprofessionally. Im glad to see others have had a good experience.

Living in a rural community, we thought we would have to travel to get therapy for my twin grandsons. We have been beyond pleased with Lenisa and her being able to come to the house, as well as go to the center in Sebring! Our boys are doing incredible!

I normally do not leave reviews however Best Behavioral Solutions has worked with me & my family so well that I just had to take the time to leave one! As a parent quickly needing to find help for my son this place has helped to fit his needs right away. The owner is also hands-on & is dedicated to helping her clients. Best Behavioral Solutions has been the best decision we could have made. Our son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder back in February and in need of ABA therapy very badly. Our son was about two and a half, could not say more than a handful of words, was acting out violently (biting, pushing, throwing things) and about to be removed from of his daycare. We were blessed to find BBS. The program director Melisa and therapist Alhena were quick to evaluate him and set up a plan of action. The results were nothing short of miraculous! Almost over night our son began to improve. His therapist Dina has been working with him now for only 2 months but our son is making huge strides every day. He can now say over 100 words in both English and Spanish. Even more important, his behavioral problems have vanished. It is such a huge relief to see him getting along with other kids and learning every day. The cherry on top is that they even helped us when we had problems with our insurance, they put our sons need before anything else. I don't know what we would have done without Melisa and all the AMAZING people at BBS. I can not say enough good things about them. If you find yourself in need of ABA therapy, this is the place to go.
