I've had great success with this company.
This review pertains to Kody Gates, but does not pertain to his current service provided at this facility. Kody was my CBRS worker at Center Counseling in Pocatello around the summer of 2022. We had a met a number of times and had a great rapport and were moving towards good things. Around October of 2022, he virtually disappeared. He would not answer his work phone, and nobody at the office seemed to know where he had disappeared to. I understood that he was going through some difficult personal times, but to completely disregard an active client with no explanation was extremely upsetting, especially as I had looked up to him. I had to work with my personal therapist for quite awhile in order to move on from his actions. After speaking with a friend who was also his client, they had the same experience. This is my final step in finding closure. I hope that Kody is in a much better place professionally with his future clients. He has done a lot of great things for the community, but those do not excuse his actions.
