We worked with Better Days for almost a year. Both of my children felt loved and supported during their occupational therapy. We saw incredible growth. Thanks so much to the great staff! Especially Ms. Shelby and Ms. Sara Ann.

My son has been going to Better Days since January 2022 and has been diagnosed with Speech Apraxia. He has blossomed with his words. His speech teacher is Ms. Josie and she has given my son such a confidence and he is eager to try new words.

The staff here went above & beyond to make therapy work with our travel time (we travel an hour to come here) and even took into consideration my child’s extracurricular activities to plan along with that. Such a kind, welcoming, and thoughtful staff that we are so thankful for!

Kaitlin did a good job as my son’s speech therapist, but he didn’t click with her as well as his current speech therapist at another location. Unfortunately I’m giving 3 stars because the clinic claimed to take Champva but were inexperienced in billing them. I paid up front for each session while being assured they were working to get reimbursement from Champva. It seems like the motivation though lacked once they were paid, because even though I continued to follow up with them every few months once the one year mark happened they said sorry we’re all done trying. They also said they were unable to get reimbursement from any families who used Champva so be aware if that’s the only insurance you have. While I’m aware that insurance can be finicky the confidence your billing department gave was overshot which cost a lot more money then the overall experience we had.

We had a wonderful experience at Better Days! Ms. Jessie was such a wonderful PT to work with and my daughter truly loved going to see her each week. She was kind, fun, and so helpful to both my daughter and myself. She advocated for our daughter and was a constant source of support. The staff was always so friendly and helpful with scheduling, etc. Cannot recommend enough!

Stop searching, you will find no-one better!!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude for our experience at Better Days Therapies. The entire staff here are beyond helpful and truly invested in your success. We utilized all services provided at Better Days to help our little. He has made more progress during his time here than he has at all other times combined. He embraced every bit of participating in therapy because everyone found a way to engage him. He was EXCITED to go to therapy!!! The ONLY reason we are unable to continue here is because we moved across the county. Would drive hours to continue to THRIVE with Better Days Therapies.

BDT is an amazing business run by intelligent, professional, and kind-hearted women! Our family has received speech and OT services for nearly three years and have watched our children grow, learn, and thrive as a result of the love and care given to them by therapists and staff. BDT office staff works hard to ensure a variety of insurances are taken to meet the needs of everyone. When our insurance made changes on us BDT pushed back and kept our claims organized and resubmitted them so that we could continue to afford various services for multiple children. I recommend Better Days Therapies of Augusta to parents and therapists.

I am giving a 5 star rating because of how wonderfully nice the staff has been when I first called them! I was going to try and get in with Therapy Trails but that was a longer waiting time and they did not even call me back when I left a detailed message to see if my referral went through for both my kids from their pediatrician's office! I can say they are beyond nice and helpful which I absolutely love how they helped me learn new things to help my children out to be the best they can be! I love love love the atmosphere whenever I walk in at every appointment the therapist that work with my two children are very upbeat and uplifting to me and my children so I don't have to worry! They help me out so that I don't worry about all the mile stones to make sure I am happy as well with their progress! I will forever recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area close of they need to have therapy done with their kids! I 100% love everyone and my kids are so happy here going from my infant almost 1 years old to my four year old!
