I went to BMC for 3 years and my therapist was amazing. Christy helped me with PTSD and saved my marriage! I cannot recommend her enough.

Although I love my therapist and have had a positive experience with them, I had an uncomfortable situation at this office involving another staff member who questioned others about my presence and personal information without my consent. While I’ve been advised that this may not legally constitute a HIPAA violation, it still felt like a significant invasion of my privacy. I expected discretion and professionalism, and unfortunately, that expectation was not fully met. I truly hope the practice takes steps to reinforce stronger privacy boundaries moving forward.

I came to Mrs. Pat about my anxiety and OCD. I’m now going to go to school in Malibu/ LA, California in Pre-Law! I never got a chance to say goodbye but she was really sweet and helped me throughout high school 🤍

Christy Vrandopulo is the most incompetent therapist "resident" I have ever encountered. A loved one of mine nearly died under her care after WEEKS of talking about suicidal thoughts and addiction before something was finally done (not by her, might I add). In my opinion she does not in any way shape or form deserve to be a therapist and I hope she pursues another line of work before she inevitably kills someone.
