BTBH has been an outstanding provider of ABA therapy for my child. From the moment we first reached out, their communication has been excellent every time I call, the staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. The team, both the RBTs and our BCBA, have been wonderful with my son. They treat him with patience, kindness, and respect, and it’s clear they truly care about his progress. We’ve seen real growth thanks to the thoughtful plans and consistent support they provide. The entire process feels organized and collaborative. I always know what goals we’re working on and how he’s progressing, and the team makes sure I’m included every step of the way. Overall, BTBH has exceeded our expectations. My experience so far with better together has been amazing. My husband and I attended their open house 3 months ago and it was so lovely inside…clean, inviting, secure and Yoseline answered all our questions and was very kind and professional. We started the process with our insurance which took a while and In between waiting we received a follow up call from Vicente just checking on things which was nice. It made us feel like we weren’t forgot about. He has guided us throughout the process and been so on top of paperwork and faxes with insurance. When he says he’s gonna call you back, he’s going to do just that. Our little girl finally had her assessment last week with Caroline and she was also amazing. It feels good to know we had encountered multiple people that have been so helpful. She answered all our questions, was patient during the assessment and you could tell she really was being observant and attentive. We are so glad our daughter will be starting here soon and feel confident in our choice with placing her here.

My child is always excited to attend. Services and staff are great. I just wished we had a restroom in the waiting room. Also, the waiting room is very tiny. When children come out it’s over crowded, and as parents we can barely hear the therapists. Children I also see them overwhelmed due to a lot of people talking around. During good weather many parents waited inside their vehicles. Many of us simply cannot afford to drive home daily. Also, traffic is horrible there due to being in the corner of an entry into traffic. There’s also lack of parking.

After an initial rocky start due to miscommunication at the initial opening of the facility, my questions were addressed, I am happy to say that my family has decided to continue with BTBH. My child says she enjoys the time and support she receives from her team. I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to several people on the team, and they are very professional.
