Very angry and confused therapist. Will no longer be going there, she was extremely rude to the tellers at the bank I bank at and I do not find her in a stable frame of mind. Rethink your choices!

I saw this psychologist as a teenager, and the experience was traumatic. I felt judged, pressured, and unsupported. Her approach created more harm than healing and left a lasting negative impact. I would not recommend her, particularly for adolescents.

Do Not Go To This Place! Front desk asking inappropriate questions and when i called back the person consistently interrupted when im speaking then hung up the phone when i snapped at them. Not a professional staff and after reading these comments i can only imagine how anyone else is. 0 stars if i was able.

Very rude and what I have seen in here reviews she thinks everyone is in special Ed she don't listen and plays like your a horrible person. I asked for help not to be yelled at or pushed to flip out. I about hung up on her and walked out. They need a negative star review on here just for her.

This woman needs a reality check. She needs to have her license revoked. She is so hateful. She tried to play me and my husband against one another. Telling lies on what the other said or didn't say. We got there at 9:45, and we completed the test before 12. Then her receptionist tells us to go to lunch and come back at 1. So we do. 3 comes around, and my husband tells the receptionist he has to be at work at 4. He's told that if he leaves, the judge will be told we didn't complete the evaluation. So finally, at 3:30 , I called back to a room and told that Bettey was in the middle of her doctor's appointment and that the interview would be a telehealth call. Made it seem like how dare we MAKE HER LEAVE HER APPOINTMENT. Why is are she gonna be at your doctor's appointment knowing you have clients in your office? Then, to top it all off, she was very rude, yelling and telling me how I'm lying about my own life experiences. Making me talk about something I told her I didn't want to address by threatening me to tell the judge I was not complying. Knowing I need this to get our children back. I walked out of there in crying so hard bc she degraded me so badly. She was very aggressive. Especially if she didnt like my answers. I'm a very passive person and don't let a lot of stuff get to me, but this lady made me feel so bad about myself. I get she needs to know about things,but she is very inconsiderate, shows no compassion for the person who has issues. If anything she makes them worse.

A treacherous human being(using the word human loosely) and an insult to the medical community. Terribly unprofessional, she talked on the phone for 10 minutes during our telemedicine visit after I waited for HOURS. She simply stated my previous medical diagnosis were false even though she had no clue and took no time to learn. She then randomly said that she thought I was bipolar out of nowhere, nothing in my testing suggested, it had never been suggested before and she admitted there was no foundation, she "just thought it". Because of her erroneous and unfounded claim, I had to see a psychiatrist who was way above her pay grade and he cleared me of her false allegation. Go to anyone else but her.....she is known by the local medical community as being an utter disgrace. She deserves negative stars

My partner just came home from a psych evaluation for a prospective job from here and I am appalled. The judgement of our life was unnecessary. My partner (24 M) and I (20 F) just moved in together and this woman had the audacity to tell him that if she was my mother that she would be disappointed. Well, it’s a good thing you’re not, because my mom is incredibly proud of US. I would give zero stars if i could. She doesn’t need to be in this profession if she is going to treat someone terribly. I hope no one hurts themselves because of this unpleasant woman.

I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Betty. She makes me feel comfortable and I can open up to her and I usually don't do that with many people. She has helped both my husband and myself. I was recommended to see her from a friend/family member whom also felt like she had helped them with their life and struggles also. Myself and my family adore her and her staff is also very nice to me!
