Beyond Behavior ABA and Learning Center KY

I tried to do the process to get my son in to receive services, he's older (13) so there's not a lot of places that offer ABA for him. We did our walk through in the fall and scheduled at that time to come back today (2/17 )for his assessment, I was given a folder with a checklist to have done before the appointment. I work with insurance so I also know doing it too soon isn't good either so I submitted all the required documents on 2/5 and waited. They did not turn those documents over to the insurance company until 2/13 in a regular request for services, which was supposed to be expedited and have a 24 hour turn over. Come to find out they didn't even submit till the 13th because they sent it to the wrong insurance company on the 9th supposedly. I had to find that out because I called the insurance company. not them, checking to make sure that it had been received. They also tried to reschedule his assessment for the same day to 9am from 2pm and when we couldn't do that time they got mad because they don't have the staff....you have assessments and obligations to patients. Have the staff required or close your doors. Ive removed my child from the assessment process due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff here. I would advise you do the same, I have a feeling they have a high horse because they know they are the only people that accept older kids in the area for this NEEDED service. This place is toxic the staff here are childish and act like there still in high school they don’t focus on there clients at all. please don’t send your kids here. There are plenty of other wonderful clinics in the area and this is a new one and obviously not experienced in professionalism.

Beyond Behavior is an amazing place run by two very caring, compassionate individuals. My son attended ABA here for two years and made significant progress in his speech, social, and safety skills. My family and I will always be grateful for the care and help my son received here. If you choose Beyond Behavior, your child will be in safe, capable hands that work to understand you and your child's needs. I cannot recommend them enough

Wonderful group of Autism specialists here! I trust them immensely with my limited verbally, level three autistic son. They are so good at bringing out his natural skills and talents. I'm so grateful for their help.
