Beyond Behavior California

We had an excellent experience overall. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and their individualized approach really made a difference. We are so happy with the positive results we've seen.

The scheduling department called me last Thursday and said that the new BT will be here today for my daughter. The schedule should be 9am to 11am. Its almost 10am and nobody showed up. I tried calling them but no one answered. They did it several times without any apologies. Plus insisting to obtain more BT from my insurance yet they couldnt provide a BT for their clients. The center is very inconsistent and incompetent as well. I really wanted to complain! they are wasting my time!

We couldn’t be more thankful for all the help my son has received. From the beginning of the program until his last session my son has made significant improvement. He learned so much! Reyna was absolutely wonderful and we are so so thankful for her! We would also like to give a thank you to Wendy, the clinical supervisor. Thank you Beyond Behavior California for such a great program. I can’t recommend this program enough.

Don’t come here… period

I was fortunate enough to visit a family member who's child receives the best of care from the carer that came while I was here. To keep my family member (and the employees tbh) anonymous to reduce any retaliation, I was asked to leave a review for them. The management sucks. Full stop. They are absolutely not professional, they are horrible at communicating with parents, and I guess employees alike. They need to have a meeting and discuss how to better handle appointments, safety issues, scheduling issues, just everything needs to be evaluated. The care is always superb, but dealing with anyone other than the carers is a bloody nightmare. From what I saw online looking for reviews, it has been a known issue, and yet here we are, making a review about poor management. Employees should not be coming over with black eyes from another patient.
