Beyond Behavioral Health

I called this office looking for therapy for my 7 year old son. Even though they were not able to accept someone his age Benjamin still went above and beyond to help us. He took time to look into other options and helped us find the perfect therapist for my son and his behavioral needs. He did this even though it was not through their company. Because of his effort we were finally able to find someone who accepts our insurance which was such a relief. I am so thankful for his kindness and dedication. It really meant a lot to our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for support.

Whoever this associates working under should be concerned about their license as she did not do a proper risk assessment for a suicidal client who had ideation, a plan, and the means. Shame on you. Overall, she was very unprofessional! Who wears slippers to work? Was it pajama day or is this just lack of caring? I will never refer anyone to this place. I sat there in shock as she asked no questions and smiled like we were there for a fun visit?

I was hopeless for several months and didn't think I had anywhere to go for help but after going to beyond behavioral health my life is soo much better. Angela is a very good counselor and the staff is always helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend beyond behavioral health for a first option!

Best councilors ever nice understanding and listens

Wow so I'm not the only one that doesn't like this place .. I strongly encourage people to contact the better buisness bureau,, I did.. this place really affected my mental health along with my daughter this caused me to have even more trust issues and mental health issues then I had before.. thank you beyond behavioral health

Great people friendly professional and accommodating

Wonderful staff; bad receptionist. Came in to the lobby late with a huge sigh and then just sat there. I had to ask if providers were grabbing own clients or if we needed to check in cause we were just sitting here. And she almost seemed annoyed I had asked. Late getting into my appointment because the receptionist was late to her job ?

I’ve been seeing Angela for a couple of years now. When I first met her, I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I remember sitting in that chair thinking, “What is this person supposed to do for me?” But little by little, she earned my trust and showed me what true support looks like. Angela has been there for me through some of the hardest days of my life, as well as through my best moments and accomplishments. She has always been compassionate, caring, and genuine, making me feel like she truly believed in me. She’s gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule and my needs, and she’s played a huge role in helping me grow into who I am today. Today, I hold an MSW and I know I couldn’t have reached this point without her guidance and support along the way.

I have been going to Beyond Behavioral Health for a few years now and have always had a great experience. My counselor, Melissa, is amazing, very easy to talk to and is great all around. I’ve never had any issues with the front desk or staff in general, they’ve all been very nice. I’ll always recommend Beyond!
