There’s no sense of urgency here and the way the conduct business is disgusting.
This place is horrible no one ever answers the phone. They constantly change their number so when no one answers I finally give up and go to the office in person and find out they have changed their number and fax number again. I was prescribed medication to help with anxiety and depression and any time I know im about to run out I have to call for weeks in advance just to try and get a refill and every time end up days without it because they will not call back or answer the phone. They will not answer the faxs sent by the pharmacy that I fill my prescriptions through, they will not answer the office phone, and the Dr. Will not answer her personal/work phone. I tell anyone I can to never come here because they clearly don't care for their patients.
I've been going here for a year I love my nurse practitioner Natasha and I loved all my counselors that they gave me they have helped me so much with my depression and anxiety. I go in there every month or two and talk about how my medicine is working there always working with me they're always polite and they're always really fast.
This place let my son and I down we were not getting the service we need very rude

Mrs. Shawntelle is wonderful with my 6 year old !! He loves to play with the trains in her office and she gets on the floor with him to talk to him.
