Josh at Biddeford Physical Therapy has been amazing!!! I have had two injuries that required therapy, and not only did he give me all of the tools I needed to bounce back to full strength and mobility. But he coached me through the process of getting my life back. NO MORE BACK PAIN and my ankle is speeding back to 100%. I’m running and jumping with my kids like I’m in my teens again. Can’t recommend them enough!
I could barely walk when I first went in for therapy. Andrew did an amazing job getting me back to normal in no time. He did such a good job that I actually joined the gym once I finished therapy. I hope I never have to go back but if I need therapy this will definitely be where I go!

Highly recommend this physical Therapy practice . My husband and I have been going for two summers great results . They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It is easy to schedule and they handle all the reimbursement with insurance. Even when there is a flare up of nerve pain Andrew works his magic to reduce the pain ! Cannot recommend enough! John has done amazing on my husbands neck and knee.

The Doctors of Physical Therapy at Biddeford PT are professional in their manner and competent in their approach. My problem was managing intense lower back spasms, along with the resulting pain. Josh Tardiff implemented targeted therapy sessions and an exercise regimen which served to ease the strain and lower my pain level. Hopefully, an upcoming MRI will serve to diagnose the reason for this condition. My thanks to Biddeford PT for helping to provide a measure of relief as I await a definitive diagnosis.
