Big Steps Pediatric Therapy

Big steps has been the absolute BEST choice we could have made for our daughter speech therapy. Not only are they educated and competent in their skills but they really know how to work well with children to make it functional AND enjoyable. You can tell they love their job and the children they work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Jess is incredible. My daughter has made huge strides with her speech and looks forward to therapy each week. Jess includes parents in each session. We couldn't be happier with her!! Update: we have been working with Jess since our 4.5 year old was 18 months. She is the best therapist, and always meets our girl where she is at. Devin, the OT is also incredible, coming up with new ways to keep her engaged in therapy. He knows the things she likes and tailors her therapy sessions to meet what she likes and what will Be most helpful for her. Their center is bright and happy, and absolutely inclusive and supportive not just to neurodivergent kiddos but also to their parents. Highly recommend, you won’t find a better place to get therapy for your kiddos.

We have had an amazing experience with Jess and Devin at Big Steps! They have been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive in helping my son progress in his communication and daily skills. As a parent of an autistic child, finding therapists who not only have the skills but also the heart to connect to him has meant everything to me. Jess has made such a difference in my son's ability to find his voice, whether it's through words, gestures, or new ways to communicate. The progress he has made is incredible. Devin has been wonderful in helping him develop motor skills and sensory regulation strategies in a way that makes therapy both productive and enjoyable. Our 9 year old needed help with his R’s. I am so thankful we found Jess. She made all his speech therapy sessions fun, gave us updates on his progress, and things to do at home to help his progress. More than any of that Jess really makes an effort to get to know our son, , helped him learn his R’s and she is great at what she does.

Jess is so sweet and did a great job helping my 5 year old daughter! She uses a large variety of creative games and stories to keep speech therapy fun and different at each appointment. She is so patient and energetic! I highly recommend her!
