Bilingual therapy services

I love this place! My son gets so excited just being in the parking lot. He has come so far thanks to the therapy here. I was always told I need to pick one, Spanish or English. It’s not that simple. This place doesn’t make you choose and helps YOU learn too.

Could not recommend this place enough. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Maria was wonderful and so patient with our child. She was very understanding and helpful even with us and our crazy schedule and was always there when we needed her input and help. My kid went from not talking to now speaking full blown sentences and our ears off all day. He loved Maria as much as we did.

I never had any issues with the therapists; they are extremely professional and always provided exceptional care for my daughter. However, my experience with the administration has been unsatisfactory. Recently, I was informed that my daughter would no longer receive services because her therapist resigned. I understand that these situations can happen, but what is incomprehensible to me is that, despite knowing for over three months that they would not have availability to attend to my daughter after school, they informed me with only one week’s notice. This lack of foresight and communication is concerning, especially considering that the waiting list at other quality centers is over eight months long. Additionally, the secretary who informed me of the situation showed a complete lack of empathy, simply telling me that I could cancel the services or look for another place. This indifferent response seemed very unprofessional and showed a lack of consideration for the needs of their clients.
