I sat for over forty minutes waiting for the clinician to join the appointment. I called twice while waiting and the two people who answered the phones were very nice but gave no answers. She never did join the appointment or contact me to explain why she could not join. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful of my time and mental health. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

Dr. Mcclafferty was phenomenal!! I was worried about a doctor not listening to me about my unique diagnosis when I was a child, since it was over the phone, but it was just the opposite! He listened, was understanding, and kept telling me “we are here for you” He sent in my regular meds that I had be off if, and I already feel a world of difference!! His approach to “Not change too many things at once” Was the correct call, and he gave me information to talk about in follow up appointments. I am so blessed I found bloom health!!!!

I absolutely love bloom health centers! I've been here about 4 months now and my DR is absolutely amazing! I work Monday through Friday and so we do virtual apts to help with that! She has helped me so much I was so skeptical bc I was misdiagnosed for years and she convinced me to let her try and help and give her a chance and I'm so thankful I did! I feel the best I have in years.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience chatting with Shanti! From the moment we walked in, her warm welcome made us feel right at home during our intake session. Her thorough approach filled us with confidence, and we couldn't be more excited to kick off our son’s transition from developmental pediatrics to adult psychiatric care at Bloom. This is an exciting new chapter for us, and we’re ready to dive into this journey! Every step, from gathering initial information to setting up our appointment, was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not just professional, but genuinely friendly and helpful. We’re thrilled to have bloom as part of our son’s health care team.

Nicole Mehrazar is knowledgeable, patient, and a great listener. She provides a safe, no-judgment space where I feel truly heard and supported. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, skilled psychiatric care!

I've been going here (virtually) for medication management for several months and it's been a great experience. I meet with Nicole Mehrazar, she is an incredibly professional and empathetic practitioner. I truly feel like she listens to my concerns, takes my input into consideration, and gives me practical options. I plan to continue going here for the foreseeable future.
