It was nice talking to Dr. Neka than virtual meeting i am glad she understood me very deeply my doctor is best best best she is like friend to me Iam recommending her people. I feel so better talking to her. I love her . She is healing me😭😭

I felt as if my therapists were reading from a script it didn’t feel authentic to me. It gave they were using all the prompts they were given in school and was just going down the line. I would want my therapist to go above and beyond to help me bc that’s what I’m there for. I want someone to be real with me and I just didnt feel that from them. I wouldn’t recommend the two therapist I had mostly because I feel that they are too young and dont have much experience… none of my sessions made feel better I still left with the same amount of hurt and stress which is unfortunate. One thing I can say is that they are respectful at bloom.

My teenager had one appointment with Oscar Galvis, M.D. Dr. Galvis was rude, uncaring and the entire interaction was unpleasant. I would never recommend anyone to allow this man to interact with your children, let alone provide children mental health care. My child left the appointment in tears and he responded to that saying my child "overreacted". In response to Bloom health center's reply, I did speak with your office about it. I spoke with Diamond in detail. She promised she would call me back to discuss more, once she had communicated with her supervisor. I've never heard anything since.

Dr. Ike is one of the best Psych docs I have ever had. He listens without making one feel awkward/uncomfortable. He allows and makes it a point that I am part of my mental health care! You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Highly Recommended! 5⭐️

Today was my first appointment. It was amazing from start to finish! The front desk associates were so kind and friendly. I was extremely nervous but that immediately eased as soon as I entered the office. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Dr. Farmer is the easiest person I have ever talked to. He made me feel right at home and I knew immediately I was exactly where I needed to be.
