My son receives in home services from Blue Gems. His RBT Casey is wonderful person who is very invovled with my son throughout his session. The BCBA Heather is very thorough and understand the needs of my son and formulated the ABA therapy session/goals as per his needs. Her weekly 1:1 with us as parents to provide updates and seeking feedback and providing suggestions for my sons development is greatly appreciated. Overall very satisfied and greatful to Blue Gems for this great team collaboration we have in place for my son's future development. Thanks!
Blue Gems has been absolutely life changing for us. My son loved going to the clinic and now we do in school and in home therapy. Our RBT is so calm, positive and supportive, and our BCBA is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped us tremendously! I only wish we would have started sooner. Don’t let the fear of bad ABA stories prevent you from finding the right place. I’m so thankful to have found Blue Gems. They are stellar.

They switched Workers on my daughter five times within a year. Then refused to take accountability and fix the issues, And then said we should go our separate ways. What a joke of a company
I have three children who receive support through Blue Gems. Over the past two years, we've seen a significant improvement in their behaviors. My youngest was only saying about 30 words and was in first grade; now he communicates his feelings, desires, and needs. He can have conversations with people he knows and even tells me he has friends because they understand him now. Before, he had only one friend. It’s truly heartwarming to see his progress.
I appreciate this company's ability/willingness to provide services in our more rural area as well as their responsiveness! We have a fabulous RBT - however, our initial BCBA was not a good fit. I shared my concerns, and we now have a wonderful new BCBA. I know sometimes people only rate positively when things are perfect, but I think the fact that they worked with our family and helped us solve an issue is just as important. We are so grateful for ABA with Blue Gems!
Just Don't! Director was awful to work with, didn't fully read emails. A month after we started they transitioned us to a BCBA that actually wasn't available. The RBT Alyssa was amazing and the first BCBA Carissa we had were wonderful, everything else about working with them was why it's a 2 star. If you want consistent care for your child. Please look elsewhere. We are so sad to lose the care for our Child
We had the pleasure of receiving in-home services from Blue Gems for our son from September 2024 to May 2025. We only had to discontinue because of our move to a new location, otherwise we would have gladly continued. Our BCBA, Meg Dufault, did an outstanding job from day one. She took the time to truly understand our son’s needs, carefully planned his programs, and continuously adapted them based on his progress. We saw a lot of improvement over the course of therapy. She thoughtfully updated the treatment plan with new goals, ensured that the RBTs were well-guided, and provided ongoing support. Meg visited bi-weekly, held daily video calls with the RBTs, and conducted weekly feedback sessions with us as parents, which kept us actively involved in the process. Even after our move, Meg went above and beyond by helping us connect with services at the new location. She continues to promptly respond to our questions and has provided detailed updates about our son to the new service provider, making the transition much smoother. The RBTs who worked with our son were dedicated and did a wonderful job implementing the plan. The billing and administrative team were also very friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We are truly grateful to Blue Gems ABA for their professionalism, dedication, and the genuine care they showed toward our son’s progress. We would highly recommend their services to any family seeking support.
