I 100% recommend BlueMinds for anything related to therapy for children. In Mrs. Caro, I have found the ideal support to help my son make progress in his relationship with food. She has been extremely clear, has explained the process thoroughly, and has guided us step by step so that, as a family, we can better support our son, who feels very comfortable and calm going to therapy—he has fun, learns, and even enjoys foods he previously wouldn't eat. From the moment we met Carolina she has been so informative and she helps us to understand every single detail to help and making our process smooth. And lastly Saara Alam is amazing... she is makes you so comfortable and she is always open and ready to offer great resources to educate us on important information to educate us on everything we need to know, we have learned alot with Saara. I’ve noticed such huge improvements with my child working with Saaraa Alam. Her approach is realistic, sustainable and most importantly, effective! I love the online resources she sends me to study, I feel like I’ve learned so much. By implementing her strategies and advice, we’ve been able to tackle most of the biggest concerns we had. I feel more confident and in control handling any difficulties when they arise and I also appreciate that she helps to keep me accountable and on track with our weekly check ins.
