My Son’s 3rd ABA clinic. This is the only place that cares about my son! Staffs from front desks, RBTs , BCBAs and owners are all amazing and compassionate! Each and everyone interacts like family. I love how they run! They have a monthly Fun activities for the kiddos! My son improved a lot since we came to Blue Whale!

Blue Whale is the best ABA clinic in Las Vegas. The owner’s experience as a parent of a child with autism shines through in the care, compassion, and dedication of the entire team. Parents won’t find a better place for their child to grow and succeed.

We first reached out to this provider in December 2024, and finally got our initial appointment on January 21, 2025. At that visit, we were told they would arrange in-home ABA therapy for our son. For the next seven months, there was no proactive follow-up or clear communication. I was always the one calling or checking in. Each time, we were told to “wait.” In July 2025, an employee admitted they were having difficulty finding a therapist and said she would reach out to other facilities for help. After nearly a year of waiting, on August 26, 2025, they informed us that they do not have the capability to find us a therapist and suggested that we start over and contact other providers ourselves. This means we lost almost an entire year of critical therapy time for our child during a window when early intervention matters most. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing and irresponsible. Parents, please go elsewhere if you want an ABA provider who truly cares about your child’s wellbeing and respects your family’s time. PS to your reply I feel like you kept giving us excuses. In the beginning, you told us the wait time would be three months. At no point did you tell us that you were not capable of finding an in-home ABA therapist. From the very start, we made it clear that clinic sessions were not an option because our child goes to school during the day. You kept reassuring us that we were first in line for a therapist when one became available, which gave us false hope. I don’t understand why you weren’t honest from the beginning that you didn’t have the ability to provide one. If you had told us the truth, I would have sought help elsewhere. Instead, you wasted my son’s precious time—time he could have been receiving therapy. I am beyond disappointed and have completely given up on this therapy center. Please do not give false hope to parents who are desperately seeking help.

Blue Whale ABA has been making such an incredible impact on my child's life that I can see her present and future possibilities change before my eyes. What you will first notice is that the place is spacious, immaculate, lively, and bright. I feel lucky that my little one gets to spend time there! Jinny, the owner and one of the BCBAs, is brilliant, compassionate, and truly knows each child well. We work with a lot of providers of therapy (speech, OT, etc.), and I have never worked with a more dedicated person than Jinny. This trickles down, of course. The BCBAs RBTs, and front office are a happy, lovely, thoughtful, devoted team. They answer all my questions, and our communication is amazing. When I drop my child off, she is excited, and when I pick her up, she is happy and saying something new or able to answer new questions, and is mastering a new skill. It makes me emotional! Their training and experience are the difference maker. I am regularly surprised by the fact that they have managed to get my child to do something I have been struggling with for months, even years, in a matter of days or weeks. Blue Whale ABA is knowledge + experience + love + fun.
