They aren't transparent, there is zero contact to ask questions. "Support to families" is not truthful. They are only responsive by email, about 1 week before your schedule tour date, with encouragement to cancel or reschedule with strict communication about "no siblings;" they do not care about your circumstances. Do your research, where you receive support from other moms, plenty of people will tell you that they are not transparent, that they are never responsive, and no transparency about how their waitlist works.
