The most amazing service! We love Elizabeth and Rachel. They have helped both of our sons. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our boys have received services over the years and shown so much progress solely because of the efforts from the talented amazing staff employed by Bluegrass Therapy Group. They feel more like family than anything.

My son went to this place for 3 years and was seen for language processing disorder. We stopped going recently because we just didn't see much progress. We continued to look for other options and had him tested for dyslexia that we now know he has. Bluegrass Therapy even treats dyslexia and they never noticed signs??? Wasn't looking is more of the truth. If your looking for real help for your family member , look around before you take them here. Wilson pediatric therapy and learnimg center in Lexington is where we went. We wasted 3 years of time that we could have been getting real help for him.

My family had such a great experience at BTG. The ladies who worked with my son were always very welcoming and friendly, they worked with our scheduling needs, celebrated my son's successes, and were effective in helping him to correct speech issues. It speaks volumes that my child looked forward to his appointments each week. He was so appreciative of support he received there that he asked if he could bring in some sweet treats to say 'thank you'. The waiting room was a favorite play place for my toddler, with some space to move around and plenty of neat toys. I was given regular status updates on how my child was progressing, and the therapists collaborated with me and my son for his plan for treatment. I highly recommend Bluegrass Therapy Group if your family is looking for language support.

We have had a wonderful experience at Bluegrass Therapy Group! We have worked with two of the therapists, Elizabeth Franzini and Erica Holbrook. They have both been wonderful and given my child the jump start she needed! They made her feel comfortable and at ease and were so easy to work with. We will definitely use them for any speech therapy needed in the future with my other child. I recommend their services 100%!

Our daughter has been with Bluegrass Therapy Group for years. She has had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Hardesty, Mrs. Franzini and Mrs. Holbrook and has loved them all. She greatly enjoys the time spent with them. Her speech has improved and she will soon no longer need therapy and she is quite sad. I have enjoyed getting to know these ladies and witnessing them work with our daughter. They are very professional and are able to make the sessions fun. Lastly, navigating health insurance billing is probably the least favorite part of what they do and yet, they excel at that as well. Bluegrass Therapy Group is top notch and I highly recommend them!
