BlueSprig’s mission is both meaningful and deeply needed in our community. In a world where compassion and care can feel scarce, it’s inspiring to see a company so committed to making a difference. As fellow supporters of our local community, we’re grateful for the work BlueSprig does and proud to witness the work they do. Thank you for all you do!
My son has been going to the Arlington clinic for almost two years now. He has made astounding progress thanks to every member on his team. He truly enjoys going to school and I am so thankful we chose BSP Arlington. He is safe and loved by all each and every day. Thankful for treatment plans that are specifically made for him and all the goals he has accomplished. Highly recommend!
We love this location. We have had the BEST experience. We trust our sons team and he enjoys his time there. They customize his treament to what HE needs and take into account our feedback. My son, his skills, his personality, and his communication have blossomed because of BSP. We always say how grateful we are to have picked this location. It is all we know and all we ever hope to know, as they have exceeded all of our expectations. Even though changes with staff have occurred, ( as they do everywhere) they are excellent about keeping us informed and every person has been qualified, courteous, and a great fit with our son!! I cannot say enough good things about everyone there.
This is not the ideal setup for your autistic child. My experience at this facility was terrible from the start as I wanted to cancel services on three separate occasions, but found it difficult with waiting times, with other ABA facilities in the area, not including the long process to get my child enrolled at other ABA providers so I allowed my daughter to stay there far too long. On two separate occasions I had to reprimand staff for neglecting to watch my child while other larger children ran freely and unsupervised throughout the facility. It was only after one of their RBT's provided an incident report that I knew my daughter had been knocked to the ground by an older child running throughout the facility unsupervised. My daughter has non-verbal autism, so she cant tell me what's going on at the facility and the fact that they have no camera's on the inside of the facility didn't calm my nerves at all. The facility decided to apart ways with services for my daughter after I reported three separate incidents of neglect of supervision to one of their many Clinical Directors at this facility. Since my daughter started attending in the fall of 2021, there has been at least three to four incoming and outgoing Clinical Directors at this facility and none of them did anything to add security to the premises until after I complained many times to have better security inside and outside the facility. I wouldn't recommend this facility to any parent who actually cares for the well being and safety of their autistic child. Staff seems to be delusional to the fact that we live in a crazy world where stuff happens at schools all across the country, and we need more parents like myself to make sure we hold them accountable for their actions. This school actually kicked my daughter out of their program due to the fact that her father, a military vet, felt the need to speak up for the safety of his daughter while in their duty of care. I really believe it had a lot to due to my race as well, as I am African-American male who didn't fit the stereotypes of society and was actually in his daughter's life and very outspoken about their lack of care for my daughter. I am not upset at all, because now I can enroll my daughter into another program that has adequate security not less fear of my daughter getting injured by other children while unsupervised, therefore BlueSprig Arlington Staff, you did my daughter and I a favor by ending her services at your facility. Hopefully, after this review, you will have better RBT's, security, and knowledgeable Clinical Directors who operate this facility. I can't speak for the other locations, but I definitely can speak about this one. Well folks, here is your warning. Proceed with caution. Thanks, Proud Parent!
