Both of my boys went there from 2021 to the end of 2023. The RBT, BCBAs and everyone is absolutely amazing. They worked with me doing iep for the kids schools, offered amazing in home training along with the parent training. Absolutely loved them and so happy our boys graduated with them

Just got off the phone with a representative for this company. I asked about their school based aba services, which are on their website, and he proceeded to tell me that this company doesn't really offer those services. Save yourself a phone call if you were looking for this type of service.

I’m not one to write negative reviews but want to make other families aware of the questionable billing practices and impersonal treatment from BlueSprig. I inquired about pricing early on but the local office claims they don’t deal with the financial side of things and I wasn’t contacted by BlueSprig’s financial department to discuss pricing until almost a month after my son’s assessment was already complete. In hindsight, I should have waited to speak with the financial department before scheduling at all. Their financial department told me the assessment would cost $1,152 (I confirmed more than once) and they also gave inaccurate information about our insurance coverage of those costs. BlueSprig billed our insurance $4,480 in total. We were ultimately charged for 4 copayments as our insurance was billed for 4 separate visits. My son was only present for one visit, the assessment. BlueSprig billed $1,120 for the date of the assessment in office then on 3 separate days after that they billed $1,680, $1,120, and $560 respectively for “data analysis” … “as part of the comprehensive assessment process”. BlueSprig’s paperwork pertaining to these separate charges states that it was part of the assessment process. The assessment we were told would cost $1,152 by their financial department. More important than the financial aspects… we’re a neurodivergent affirming family and I chose this company because it’s close to our home and they advertise compassionate and child-led ABA therapy. I spoke in depth about this with BlueSprig at my son’s assessment and yet the treatment plan we received contained inherently compliance based and neurotypical goals that aren’t child-led or intrinsically motivating. We only had access to the treatment plan for less than 2 weeks and started receiving pressure to sign it. We didn’t sign it. The BCBA called and left a voicemail stating that if we didn’t sign off on the treatment plan soon, they’d move forward with other families and we’d be placed back on the waitlist. Please note we’d never actually been placed on a waitlist in the first place. I’ve left a message and received no response from BlueSprig. Overall, it seems like this company cares more about money and billable hours than your family or your child.
