BlueSprig Fayetteville - ABA Therapy for Autism

Bluesprig Fayetteville provides all that care and services necessary for a kid that needs special care. Initially, they do all assessments and family visits to identify the needs of your kid. In my case, there was no waitlist so they started service right after completing all assessments and initial insurance process as my son goes there for full 5 days. Prior to the start of every week, Center Operations Supervisor share 1-2 hour session of every therapist-of whole week-in which kid get treatment and ask if your kid/family needs days off or hours off for appointments/other plans. Every day start with sharing what kids did at home to the 1st therapist who provides therapy and end with last therapist explaining what he did throughout the day. All team members are awesome and super friendly and I do not want to name all over here. In the busy time of the morning/evening, I get early/late by few minutes, they understand those cases as well. There is a monthly meeting with Clinical Director/ Representative about the progress of a kid.

I truly value the open communication from all the staff, as it shows their dedication and care.They are proactive in updating treatment plans for their clients, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care. The compassion that members have for their roles is genuinely heartwarming!

I contacted BlueSprig on the main website, and supposedly was put on a waiting list. I'm unsure if I'm on the correct waiting list, so I called the local number. The automated system was no help, and hung up on me. I'd like to know our chances of getting accepted, how long the wait is, or if I should look at other places outside of town.
