BlueSprig Fort Smith - ABA Therapy for Autism

I appreciate Blue Spring and the excellent RBT Team they have. My son has made AMAZING progress. Thank you so much Blue Sprig. We love all of you!!

I highly recommend this place I can see a lot of progress since my son been going for just a few months. The staff is excellent. My son loves every one of them. They are so sweet and kind.

I don’t recommend this place, putting this here so parents don’t make the same mistake I did by going here. First of all, all my kids jeans are missing after going here. ALL. OF. THEM. I wanted my child to follow a school like schedule so this could be used for applied education thru the school, but every schedule they made didn’t make any sense or he’d have a day missing cause someone called out. The RBTs didn’t change his pull up for 2 hours one time. Hes also showing SO MANY SIGNS of potty training readiness and aren’t working on potty training with him at all despite us saying he’s ready AND working on it at home. So I can’t get him trained cause they’re still babying him at school. His face is dirty every day his dad picks him up. It’s not just OUR job to do the work, WHAT DID INSURANCE EVEN PAY YOU PEOPLE FOR?!? No help with eloping behaviors, no help with potty training?!? You people are lazy and he will NEVER be back!!! Go anywhere else. Edit: I just saw the reply. I’ve already enrolled him into a new clinic and I still suggest every parent do the same. Find something that offers ABA, OT, PT, & ST in one facility. It’ll save you so much time and it’s much less overstimulating for your kiddo. & The fact BlueSprig staff is delusional enough to think I’d ever trust them with my child ever again is laughable. It wasn’t just staffing problems, which you had often, I was also picking up my kid dirty often. My child also deserves dignity while in the care of professionals. My child also hasn’t been sick since he stopped going here and he’s improved all around in every aspect in just a month. He’s starting to communicate his wants and needs verbally, tells me when he needs to go to the bathroom, etc. Don’t try to flip this around on me when your program isn’t good.

I LOVE the staff at BlueSprig!!! ❤️❤️❤️ They have given us hope, and just brought our son right out of his shell!! He has made so much progress. This is the definition of a A+ team and A+ service. Angels at work here!!

If I could rate this establishment more than five stars, I would! My son has been going here just shortly under a month and not only has he already made so much progress, but he absolutely LOVES going everyday! Before bluesprig, he hated going to his developmental preschool and it was heartbreaking to drop him off every morning and I really didn’t feel secure with him there. Now, I drop him off with confidence and feel so comfortable and know that he is safe and in good hands- which is a great feeling as a mom. He loves his therapists and I can tell that they genuinely love and care for him as well. I’m so grateful that we found bluesprig!
