Review Title: Serious Safety Concerns and Lack of Transparency Because of staffing shortages in April 2023, BlueSprig encouraged us to attend their Grapevine location. On 4/21/23, an incident involving an assault on a child occurred. Daniel Redding was arrested and charged a month later — while still working on site. This means BlueSprig allowed him continued access to children, including my own nonverbal son, for an entire month. During that month, I unknowingly dropped my son off to this man. Only after “miraculously” being offered a spot at the Fort Worth location did he stop having contact with my child. At no point did BlueSprig inform me about the incident or the arrest. The year that followed was extremely difficult — my son’s behaviors escalated, he required an inpatient hospital stay, and his overall well-being suffered. I only learned the truth a year and a half later from a Facebook post by the victim’s mother. I then obtained the arrest record myself. BlueSprig failed in its duty to protect vulnerable children and withheld critical safety information from parents. In my view, this was gross negligence, and now I face the lifelong challenge of helping my son heal from the trauma. This is not a safe or trustworthy ABA therapy provider. Arrest record is attached in photos. Response to reply: Blue Sprig was informed of the incident on 4/21/23 when it was reported. He was arrested at work (Blue Sprig in Grapevine) on 5/23/23. Do not twist the narrative. He continued to work there with (Blue Sprig fully aware of the incident reported to police) for over month! Guess who my son's RBT was during the day for the majority of that time? Let's just stick the nonverbal kid with the child abuser since we are short on staff and can't afford to be short staffed. Innocent until proven guilty right? My son went into Cooks Behavioral Health Inpatient shortly after this. Do not word your response like you handled this logically. Pure neglect. If this was a fair world, you would take accountability for your actions. You didn't care about my son's discharge services when he left just like you didn't care enough about his safety to suspend Daniel pending the outcome of the investigation. Neglect. Pure and simple.

We have had a great experience here! My son is excited to come every morning, and he is warmly welcomed by all of the staff we encounter. We receive detailed information about his day on a daily paper and also logged on a portal, and the RBTs give us a brief overview at pickup too. The staff really care about the kids and get to know them well. They are tracking lots of data, so they notice small details too- and might say "Hey, we noticed this today- have you seen this at home also?" Communication overall is great. It really feels like they are "on your team!"

Definitely recommend this facility. They have helped my son out in so many ways, it’s amazing! One thing I will say, I do miss the old crew that my son loved so much but the new ones they are getting in, are finally starting to learn and get to know him and it been smooth sailing most days. Also, thanks to Delaney for always being there for my son and binging a big part of this facility as well! Forever grateful for her and the facility 🫶🏻

this clinic started off with great professionals who eventually left the company for ethical and moral reasons. i started seeing a regression in my son pretty soon after this. as a parent of a nonverbal autistic boy, i would not recommend this clinic nor trust the people there.
