The staff is very friendly and well prepared, They helped my son a lot, his progress was rapid, they helped him and helped me with everything I needed.
I called them about a month maybe longer ago to schedule an appt/evaluation for my son to be seen to get back started on his aba therapies. I left a voicemail letting them know that his pediatrician already sent over his referral, if they are short staff and can't get him in asap (the one before them that we was referred to didn't communicate well i had to call them about scheduling him, to find out why it is taking so long, the insurance, and finally i called to find out did the insurance go through and they said it did but they dont have an appt until June it was like March)then just let me know I will find another abab therapy to go too. They never called back!
We have been going to BlueSprig(also known as Fusion Autism Center) for about 6 months, like most places they have had staffing struggles but have been great at communicating these issue. We have seen great progress for our 5 year old. We look forward to working with them more
Called this place to try to get information on the waitlist and the lady was with a client and seemed very distressed, definitely a no for us. I just hung up because if your that unorganized then I wouldn’t feel comfortable in my child making progress.
