BlueSprig Westlake - ABA Therapy for Autism

Should have rated much sooner!! My toddler has been attending Blue Sprig for awhile now, and they are AMAZING! They work on goals with your little one and they get met! I recommend BlueSprig. They work VERY hard with your little ones and make it all worth it! My daughter runs to the door every morning!

Hello everyone. I do not usually write reviews but thought this may help someone looking for some guidance for their family. I was apprehensive to begin ABA for my son and I am so very happy to say that it was truly the best decision. Everyone who worked with my son and myself were very professional, understanding, accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. The facility was great which I was able to tour and experience. Everything was explained well and I was really put at ease. Weekly meetings were extremely helpful for the understanding of progress as well as planning. Everyone was very approachable and always willing to help and or provide information/resources. Everyone is an individual but this therapy has greatly helped my son with communication, comprehension, and behavior. Having someone in your corner who understands that your child is not just a diagnosis but a beautiful individual kiddo who sees the world a little differently made me feel awesome and seen. Well this was long but hopefully it helps someone.

Great experience at this location. My daughter loves going (when she generally does not like to be dropped off anywhere) and you can tell the staff genuinely care about her and her progress

Im a single parent of a recently diagnosed little boy. After just 3 months of receiving therapy service at bluesprig the director decided they weren't a good fit for my son's needs. After bluesprig decided to stop providing therapy services for my child they "offered" to continue to support his needs and help find another provider. That never happened, once they decided to end service they made no effort to help find a new provider. When I spoke to my child's doctor about this she told me other bluesprig locations had much better experiences and maybe it's just this location. Whatever their reason I would avoid this location, they never truly seemed interested in helping my child just getting us in so they could make money. I'd give them no stars if it was an option.

Very disappointed how this company can lie to patients and discharge my son the way they did with no repercussion for their wrong doing. My wife and I have worked so hard to advocate for our son. Just for them to pull the rug from under us out of no where, without any heads up , or notice. Their unprofessionalism has really affected my child and family so badly. They wouldn't return my wife's phone calls or emails. We were trying to get our son the best help ever even help with discharge. They just discharged our child without no real reason or notice after him being there for 3 years. Also Didn't help during discharge! You should see our discharge paper, you'd laugh as a parent. It's so short and just unprofessional. Miranda is very unprofessional.
