Bluestone Children’s Center

Bluestone Children’s Center is home base for my 6.5 year old level 3, challenging behavioral, non-speaking, AAC using, (cute and smart) son. I am an only parent he is an only child and we are a team. Bluestone has easily took us on like family. Our BTs and BCBA are so knowledgeable and kind, the compassion for teaching my son is unmatched! Our BCBA thinks out of the box, she listens to my opinions, my thoughts, my fears and suggestions. Same goes for the Clinical Director. I have had to talk with her about billing several times because as a single mom things get tough and SHE NEVER makes me feel bad about it. She does quite the opposite. She spends time looking into resources for me and overall cares for us like family. My son has grown leaps and bounds at this center. Even if there is a waitlist for ABA, I would put my son in Bluestones speech and OT programs without giving it a second thought. His aggression has gone from SEVERE to almost none in just over 6 months. You will not be disappointed choosing Bluestone to care for your child(ren). I guarantee you! *10 Stars*

I would like to give a big shout out to Bluestone Children’s Center Billing Department on how they go over and beyond to ensure all of your billing questions are answered and addressed in a timely manner. I want to specifically say my interaction with Tanee was so pleasant. She answered my million and one questions regarding my son's account with patience and grace. She never got annoyed when I asked the same question more than once or explaining billing issues in a simplified manner so that I understood. I am forever grateful regarding the extraordinary services that the center offers, and the amazing leadership that they have in place from the owners, clinical managers, auxiliary services specialist, and all the amazing techs. Keep doing what you all do best. It is noticed and appreciated.

Was super nervous about my child starting therapy, but the staff at this location are absolutely amazing. In the first two visits he loved it, felt comfortable, and is already making improvements at home and at therapy. Five star staff. OT and Speech staff are top notch.

This is a wonderful place to send your child. The communication is great, the staff members are trustworthy, compassionate and very skilled. I feel like this is a great fit for our daughter and I definitely see tons of development happening as each month passes! Update: It’s been well over a year and I wanted to share that my daughter is almost 6 years old with and has an ASD diagnosis. Bluestone is our second Autism Center and we have seen improvements in our daughter our daughter’s speech. When we enrolled her she was very limited with speech and now she’s communicating verbally. It’s important to note that we have now enrolled her in kindergarten because of this and she attends Bluestone part time. I’m writing this review to let parents in our situation know that you have to keep trying programs until you find the one the best addresses your child’s needs, don’t be discouraged because each child is different, but I definitely know that Bluestone has wonderful caring staff that have consistently helped my daughter! I wish this experience for everyone! God bless
