Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Boston Behavior Learning Centers in Newton. When my niece first started services, we were honestly hesitant about ABA. We had heard mixed things and were not sure what to expect. From the very first day, the team at BBLC completely changed our perspective. The level of compassion, communication, and genuine care they showed my niece was unlike anything we had experienced. Her clinicians took the time to understand who she is as a person—her interests, her strengths, her challenges—and they built a plan that felt truly individualized. Every interaction felt thoughtful and respectful. Over the past months, we have watched her make progress we did not think was possible. Her communication has improved, her confidence has grown, and she is able to participate in daily routines that used to be overwhelming for her. Most importantly, she loves going. She smiles when we pull into the parking lot and talks about her teachers at home. Seeing that joy has meant everything to us.
My son started services in November 2023. The services left a lot to be desired because there are no qualified people with experience to work with autism. I changed 3 therapists and none of them had much experience. My son stayed until 2024 and I paused. Everything my son learned was developed by me working with him every day. I have nothing to complain about regarding the service and support they offer. However, when it comes to therapists, they should hire more people with experience to work with autistic children. I stopped using the services because they were no longer useful to me.
I got fired from BBLC because I had a visit with a child at a daycare Montessori in Revere whose arms were covered in blood when I arrived because the Montessori School in Revere had no AC and had developed some type of dermatitis that caused her to itch and rip her skin all over both arms. I called the childs mother to let her know about the childs situations about her arms, and the mother had told me she had no idea and that Montessori in Revere didnt call to let mom know. And the next day I was let go because "I over stepped". To me I did not over step, the child's mother has every right to know her childs arms were scratched open and covered in blood. The childs well being comes first. There is no excuse. But BBLC deemed it inappropriate. I will also be writing this in the Better Business Bureau.
Paused services for my child, due to staff shortage. Never followed up. Don’t enroll your child, the kids literally do nothing all day, also there are no cameras.
My daughter enrolled here with many behavior problems and all staffs and admins are super sweet and helpful. In just one year my daughter has tremendous improvements. Even after we discharged from service as she reaches school age, her BCBA former Lauren still reaches out to me to check up on us. Amy which no longer is with them was also a sweet heart. I’m thankful for the whole team at BBLC, thank you for such a great team Sam, you are a wonderful leader. - Nhi
I couldn’t be more impressed with BBLC and their staff; from our first telephone call to our in home visits they made both myself and Son feel so comfortable. The wait wasn’t too long to get a therapist in and they kept us very informed. Communication is key and they go above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend them more for you and your family. They are worth the wait- if you have one! You won’t regret choosing BBLC!
An up and coming behavior learning center. BBLC was founded by a group of dedicated workers who decided to get together and put their dreams to action. Opened in October of 2016, striving and thriving ever since.
