I feel like a person and not a number. Great service and staff.

Don’t recommend them if you have a Chronic Illness they will discriminate and drop you for having more bad days than good days! Office staff lack of compassion and communication. Was a client until today! Will be submitting formal complaints through various agencies to hold them responsible! Only good thing they have is a hand full of therapists that actually care and make a difference in your life! Mental heath is so delicate now and days and to be experience discrimination because from your heath conditions at the one place your suppose to feel safe, it’s scary! Again if you have Chronic illness, Con promised Immune system DO NOT GO HERE! You didn’t realize I have OCD and keep all documentation of communication on hand for the almost 34 months of appointments to back up all my claims and prove what you did today was and is WRONG in so many levels! I will reach every legal channel possible to be heard and get justice! One thing Therapy did for me was teach me to be MY OWN ADVOCATE!

I have to say Becky the administrator at Boston behavioral health associates is incredible!!he really cares for patients and goes above and beyond to make sure all ur questions are answered and makes sure all ur concerns are being addressed!! She takes the time out to really listen , and in my case I was stressing about a situation and with my severe anxiety and PTSD I’m all over the place. But she really has an incredible gift for being so sweet caring and patient she has such incredible empathy and compassion . She helped me go from a panic state to a calm state with her caring nature. She is a true gem!! Deserves a raise and company car!! Wish she was a psychiatrist !! ,in today’s mental health crisis in my past experience it’s rare to find good people that actually engage and address concerns. in my experience I’ve been either ignored or have been ghosted by mental health workers in the past. So it’s a breath of fresh air to see there are good people out that actually care about there job and go above and beyond for there patients well being , it puts hope back in a corrupted health care system that many deal with on a daily basis basis. THANK YOU BECKY UR A KIND SOUL , DEDICATED WORKER AND I HOPE THIS COMPANY KNOWS THAT AND GIVES YOU THAT RAISE!!

Fran has been the best counselor that I have ever had since all time . She’s a great listener, teacher, and friend. I look forward to seeing her on weekly therapy sessions.💞🤣👩‍🦳

I would give zero stars if I could. From reception to the provider to billing, I have never spoken to such uncaring incompetent people. The amount of times I’ve been hung up on before even saying hello is insane, just to be passed off once you do make it to your question. The providers want you in and out to meet numbers. Not a genuine question asked or any help given. No one listens as you are just a payment to them. Save your money and the little bit of mind you have left and find a more respectable facility. I was desperate for help, and even this wasn’t worth it.
