Do not go here!!! I set up an appointment for medicine management consultation for medication that I have been taking for many years because they took my health insurance. I had moved and mainly needed someone who could fill my scripts that didn’t cost as much as my last out of network provider. Before coming to my appointment, they emailed me a very old copy of a 20 page questionnaire that I had to fill out, most of which was not relevant to me. When I got to my appointment, they seems clueless and initially could not find all the paper work I had taken so much time filling out in advance. They made me take a drug test, even though I don’t have any addictions or an addictive personality. I am super against drug use. They also took me into an exam room to weigh, measure and take my blood pressure which was triggering as I thought this was an office visit with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. They finally informed me that my appointment was virtual and brought me into a room where I sat in front of a screen to meet with Rebecca Beecroft. If I had known this was going to be a virtual appointment, I would not have taken off work early to take two buses to do this appointment at the physical location. I figured for sure the next time I’d be able to do a virtual appointment from home, but they informed me when I left that that was not possible. Upon leaving, I gave feedback about it being very helpful if they could let people know what to expect before coming into the appointment, but the staff pretty much ignored me. My appointment was back in May of 2025 and it took them till December to bill me. Turns out my insurance isn’t covering anything and because they made me take a drug test I have to pay an additional $200 making the total $426 just for an initial consultation to see if I wanted to work with this provider. It was a waste of time, energy, money and certainly not beneficial for my well being.
I have had issues getting my mental health medicine refilled by Rebecca beecroft. I was left with out them for 3 weeks which caused me to have a severe mental breakdown last month. I saw Rebecca Friday as she's going out of town for 3 weeks or whatever her reason is. She was supposed to call me and refills on all my prescriptions and failed to do so. I have been on the phone four times today with BPA and each time was promised I would call the pharmacy and nothing would be done I just got off the phone with them and still nothing even though BPA is closed and my pharmacy is going to be closed. Leaving me without my insomnia meds once again. I suffer with borderline personality disorder, bipolar depression, anxiety, PTSD and have a history of self harm. I do not go there for any doctors appointments because Rebecca is only on the computer she can't even check me out so this is the only reason I go there is for my mental health meds. I'm moving to community health on the 26th of January and if my meds are not filled until then I will be filing a medical malpractice lawsuit since I've been on these medicines since I was a young teenager. I'm ALSO 17 WEEKS PREGNANT WHICH WHO KNOWS WHAT EFFECT THAT COULD HAVE ON MY CHILD SINCE I'VE BEEN ON THEM FOR SO MANY YEARS I'M NOW 34. I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. It has been a Non-Stop fight with them since I started going there. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING TO DO WITH MENTAL HEALTH OR DRUG ADDICTION I HAVE NEVER HAD A DRUG ADDICTION I HAVE A SIMPLE MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS AND I'VE BEEN ON THESE MEDICINES FOR YEARS AND I DO WELL ON THEM IF THEY CAN'T EVEN DEAL WITH THAT HOW ARE THEY GOING TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO'S SUFFERING FROM A DRUG ADDICTION? I see why they only have two stars
BPA and Rebecca Beecroft are a menace to the wellbeing of the community at large and the at risk community specifically. I'm new to the area and chose them for my primary medical care. I'm disabled and have been for almost 25 years. I'm very poor. Life is very hard for me and I'm constantly in pain. After an initial positive meeting with Rebecca Beecroft, she ordered a bunch of test and appointments and then disappeared. Over a dozen phone calls with messages left with BPA staff have yielded ZERO returned calls. I have medical procedures coming up soon that this organization set up. I have no information regarding my treatment or the status of any tests or exams. I even had an appointment canceled on me while I waited in the waiting room after driving 45 minutes to get there . . . I know veterinarians that treat their patients better. This level of abandonment should be criminal.
I have been going and and seeing doctor Hesse and the bpa family since December and have had an awesome experience. Always supports and takes the time to understand, what’s going on with me from any part of my life. Great place to go!!
Kind, attentive and collaborative NP and staff. Great, comfortable office. I would recommend to anyone looking to receive compassionate, quality care.
If you’re going through an extremely difficult moment in life, like I am, and are in dire need of counseling, please take my advice and look for other options. I’ve been trying to get in to see a counselor since the beginning of February. The first appointment they had me see a doctor and I never met a counselor, the second appointment was canceled and the third appointment I showed up only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule and passed around like a hot potato between providers who clearly did not want to help me. I wasted 4+ weeks with Bradford psychiatric when I could’ve been starting elsewhere with a counselor who actually wants to help.
This place is absolutely wonderful. The Staff is caring, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. They’ve bent over backwards in attempts to make every transition I’ve had as easy and seamless as possible, and they have always been there anytime I’ve needed support or anything else. I even moved halfway across the state and they came up with a customized plan to fit my work schedule and driving distance so I could continue working with them. Leanne, Jennifer, Meaghan, Christine, Dr.Hesse and the rest of their team have all been rockstars for me through all my years in their program.
