I submitted their online request form in early March. After a week without a response, I followed up with a phone call and left a message. Shortly after, Brian Brady contacted me via email, explaining that he was in Colorado and would reach out the next day. He did call as promised, and we discussed my child's support needs, available hours, and other typical ABA-related questions. During our conversation, Brian mentioned that staffing part-time after-school sessions can be challenging due to high demand. We then discussed completing paperwork and submitting it to insurance in preparation for the summer, with the goal of securing a full-time RBT. I sent Brian our insurance information and my child’s psychological evaluations on March 25th, but unfortunately, I never heard back from him. This experience was very disappointing, especially since this provider came highly recommended. Unfortunately, they did not meet our expectations.
