My son is 16 years old and in the 10th grade. I heard about the program through myself researching ways to help my son during a season of desperation. He has cerebral palsy as well as ADHD, both of which create very challenging days, especially academically and within his executive functioning skills. When we discussed his plan after his initial evaluation, when they told me how they thought they could help my son, I truly didn't care how much it would cost to get him into the program. We just knew we had tried so many different things and needed some hope. Since he does have CP, we knew there may be slower growth, but he has exceeded the expectations in growth in all areas. Fast forward, my son has been consistently attending Brain Balance and working through program a 3 months now. We have seen significant improvements in all areas, even he has expressed the changes we are seeing. We have seen improvements in his grades, assignment completion at school, social and spatial awareness, memory, emotional control, processing speed, mood, focus/attention etc. Even he speaks of the improvements he is seeing and noticing since starting brain balance. He also says that when he completes the program, I need to sign his younger brother up who struggles with ADHD. For him to recommend to his parents for his younger sibling, speaks volumes. As a mama, I wish I would have researched and found brain balance years ago. We are thankful and highly recommend the program.

Our teenage daughter just completed her 4 month program to help with test anxiety. I loved seeing the pride and joy in her face on her last day - it was a lot of work! She did it! Our experience from the very first visit with Emilia to our weekly contact with Casey scheduling and monthly progress reports with Shayla to all of the incredible coach’s inbetween, Sam David Megan Caitlin and Madeline, 3 days a week was truly wonderful! The staff pours so much love and encouragement into what they do. I’ve already made recommendations to other parents. It’s all worth it for your child - the time the cost the travel - every bit of it was so worth it!

We have been extremely impressed with Brain Balance of Greenville, SC. The progress our daughter has made so far has been truly encouraging, and we can already see positive changes in her confidence and daily functioning. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in her success. We especially appreciate how they are working with her school to ensure she has the tools and support she needs to succeed academically. We’re very grateful for this program and highly recommend Brain Balance to other families looking for real, meaningful progress.

Our son has been working with Brain Balance for a couple of months, and we have already seen significant improvements in areas where he has struggled. One of those areas is his reading skills, which are getting stronger, and we are proud of the growth we are seeing. We look forward to continued progress as he continues to learn and grow with Brain Balance.

We’re about a month into the program and have had the best experience so far! Their team is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve already seen a positive impact on my child. Looking forward to continuing our sessions!

Our 2 kids have been in the program a little over 2 months with noticeable changes. They both have improved in their emotional regulation. Tantrums are way fewer and less extreme. My daughter uses her words more and my son’s behavior at school has improved for the better. Reading confidence is also better. We are excited about the months ahead. Can’t say enough about the technical knowledge of the program director and staff. They are so patient and especially caring when redirecting my son’s attention and impulses in a positive way. So glad that I found this program, wishing those that could benefit from it will find it too.

My daughter just completed her sessions at Brain Balance, and her father and I are very pleased with the results of her efforts in this program! She started with a grumpy disposition, a huge dislike of reading, very low confidence, and a tendency to "blow up" emotionally over small things. During the first month she became less grumpy. During the second month she stopped having regular outbursts. By month three, she was reading, unprompted, again (even to her siblings!). Now, at the end of month four, we can say her confidence has blossomed. She created a whole dance routine the other day without overthinking, performed it for the family (she even made a mistake, but didn't freak out!), and had fun the entire time! I'll admit, the drive was long (50-60 minutes most days), we were at the center in Greenville three days a week, and we were doing the at-home exercises on the off days. It was intense, and sometimes exhausting. That said, it was WORTH IT! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the whole team at Brain Balance in Greenville! Congratulations, my sweet daughter!

Awesome staff and a wonderful program. My kid is much happier and my entire family's life has been enritched by our experience.

I highly recommend Brain Balance for children that may need help with emotional regulation, attention/focus, among other things. My 10 year old son was experiencing some of these and more. We heard about BB from a family member and noticed how much it helped and decided to have him evaluated. Low and behold, he met requirements to attend. After just the first session we noticed a huge improvement in his mood and confidence. This program has helped him grow in a lot of ways. We currently have our 6 year old daughter enrolled and we are so glad we got in her in now instead of waiting until she was older. Everyone in the office feels like family and are great with the kids. We will miss this place when our children are completely finished with their program.

Our son is doing so much better when it comes to meltdowns, his recovery time is faster and he has less meltdowns in total! He seems overall more balanced and confident in emotional situations. He is a happier kid now!
