My son has matured SO much during his time at brain Balance. I wasn’t skeptical about trying it. I was slightly skeptical about financial commitment. However, I am genuinely so proud of my son! Now, he is almost the voice of reason at home. He has made such a turnaround. I can’t say enough!

The staff is great! It is totally evident that they love the kids and their job. This program has really helped my son a ton!!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Brain Balance Lexington. It has been incredible watching my young adult son grow and he genuinely looks forward to going each session. The team is so supportive and Jenny, the Program Director, is amazing, always responsive and really sets you up for success. We are so grateful for Brain Balance and everything they do.

Brain Balance has helped our teenage son in a phrase, “notice the world around him more.” He is on the spectrum, on the milder side, and has ADHD inattentive, so “awakening” his brain is so helpful to him. We would highly recommend Brain Balance for anyone wanting to awaken, sharpen and improve skills!

I was at wits end and didnt know where else to turn with my 8 year old daughter. This was a last option because I didn’t want to spend out the money but we are halfway thru and I will say I have a whole different child, one that waits (doesn’t have to be first), one that made the honor roll at school and one that behaves in school now. The staff is also fantastic!

We seeked help from BB bc are 4 year old struggled with listening and staying focused. The daycare he went to just punished him. We knew something had to be done before he started school. I googled and saw BB reviews and how this amazing program has helped so many. I reached out and realized, we need to give this a shot to help our son with his issues. After he started BB we noticed him being more attentive to certain issues, and his energy level lowered. His focus has improved as well. For any parent that is feeling helpless and like you don’t know how to help your child succeed. I highly recommend you reach out to BB. Everyone in the center is really nice and helpful. It’s a no judgement zone. And they totally understand the many different challenges parents/families face when it comes to children’s behavior. We are highly impressed with the science behind their approach and how certain exercises along with nutrition can help mold/grow the brain.

My son has been going to Brain Balance- Lexington for several months and loves it! He enjoys doing the exercises and earning his prizes for doing well at Brain Balance and at home. We recommend it to anyone who is looking to help balance their kiddo in terms of academics, emotional/social well being, and behavior!

Brain Balance of Lexington has been great for my teenager. She made leaps and bounds mentally, behaviorally, and physically in the four months she attended classes. I have been very impressed in the changes. My daughter would go in tired from a day of school and come out energized and upbeat for the car ride home. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with my daughter's schedule as she had things come up. They all went above and beyond as they do for all of their students. I am grateful to have found a place to help my daughter reach her full potential for now and well into the future.

Our 13-year-old daughter recently completed a three-month program at Brain Balance Lexington and it was the best decision we could have made! While we were initially a little skeptical (yet hopeful!), we are so glad we made the commitment and have been thrilled with the results. During the last few months we have watched our daughter transform. Her anxiety, social anxiety, and confidence have greatly improved and she is now more social, outgoing and open to trying new things. The staff is so supportive and encouraging. We highly recommend Brain Balance to any parents looking to help their child.
