So grateful to the staff and support my kids have received from BrainBuilders! Their BCBA and therapists have been instrumental in their progress. Such an amazing place to grow!

Brain Builders has been amazing for our child and our family! He attends the day program full time, as well as gets individual ABA and OT. The staff is super friendly and all of them work so well with my child. I cannot say enough about our BCBA. She has been absolutely amazing, helping us through every challenge we have had. Everyone treats my child as family. We have seen so much improvement in my child since starting with Brain Builders a little over a year ago. I would highly recommend!

BrainBuilders has completely changed our lives. We started when my son was first diagnosed with autism at age 3. He was extremely aggressive and it was extremely challenging to take him in public. I had anxiety 24/7 about going anywhere with him. BrainBuilders taught him so many things about how to be safe in public. He now knows how to be safe in a parking lot (for the most part) and how to wait on line. Waiting is a huge thing that you have to learn which most people don’t even think about. The amount of progress that they have been able to make with my son has been huge! They’ve helped him be able to wear shoes and a jacket! They’ve taught him how to take turns and play games with others. They helped with potty training. There’s a million things he’s able to do now that’s to BrainBuilders. He started in a self contained class and now he’s able to push into inclusion for a subject every day in school. He’s now 5 years old and is getting to attend social skills group, where he is learning to interact with others! His OT therapist has been able to get him to try so many different foods that I never thought that he would eat! His speech therapist (who is phenomenal) has gotten him to say so many things now and he is talking in sentences! PT is helping get him to be stronger! We have gone through many different ABA therapists due to scheduling and we’ve loved every one of them and so has my son! Our BCBA has been the same for the past 2 years and I honestly don’t know what I would do without her in my life! She is the best human being on the planet earth that I am able to reach out to at anytime. She helps with our IEP meetings and any time I’m like please help what do I do! They have an awesome scheduler who has worked out a fantastic schedule for our family. She is always trying to accommodate us when there is a change. They have an awesome summer and holiday camp, where the kids are able to go on various field trips which they love. I can’t say enough good things. We owe our life to BrainBuilders! Before we started we were having to run our sone all over the place for therapy. It’s so amazing having all our therapies in one place!

I met with Heather I believe she was a supervisor or manager to ABA therapists. She was not kind or respectful to clients that had nursing. Her approach is pushy and condescending. She was also caught in lies. While the therapists were kind, I do not believe their approach was beneficial to children. It takes very caring people to work with children on the spectrum and their interdisciplinary team. I don’t believe they “have” it. I would not recommend them. Heather needs to revisit her on boarding training. But then again, we cannot teach someone in their later stages the importance of being kind and professional unless they way to learn.

This company gave us an amazing ABA Therapist. She has to come to our home every day and my child and her clicked immediately. She is amazing, always on time and communicates with me about everything all the time. We are a pretty religious family that homeschools and she incorporates both our lessons of the week and God into her sessions. We also have a great BCBA that my child also clicked with right away. We only see her about once a week and she is very respectful of our beliefs. That is important to us. I am giving this place a 4 star review because it can be difficult, at best, to get a hold of anyone in the office. They are closed quite a bit between August and November, which makes it difficult to get help from the main office when you need it. I definitely recommend this place though!!
